Sales Associate - North 
Remote, regional travel 
c£28k + car allowance/company car 

This is a new and exciting opportunity for someone on the upward curve of their career, looking to break into the medical sales field. This role is all about harnessing your natural people skills and interest in the sector, learning everything you can to progress within the business. A prime opportunity for someone ambitious, driven and willing to go above and beyond to shape their career....

 

The role

  • Support of the Area Sales Managers in the region with set projects, ensuring they are completed to a high standard and business is won successfully.

  • Assist with contracts, valuations/quotations, and proposals.

  • Support with any inbound enquiries from prospective and current clients, answering what you can and researching or escalating for questions out of your knowledge base.

  • Assessing infantry of stock available (KIT management) to ensure accurate sales and timelines for delivery.

  • Shadow the ASM at theatres and occasionally attend independently, learning the ropes and watching the products the company sells in action. 

  • Travel across the region (North) to meet with current and potential clients alongside the ASM team.

  • Continuous learning a development - day 1 is the start of your progression programme! 


Got what it takes?

  • Passionate about forging a career in the medical sales space.

  • You're a natural people person, able to build rapport quickly and confident walking into any new environment.

  • A quick learner with a drive to progress.

  • Some experience in a sales role would be hugely beneficial, however, we aren't looking for someone already in the medical sales space, unless transitioning into sales from customer service, sales support etc.

  • Hunger and tenacity.

  • Patience and confidence - if you put in the leg work, the progression and rewards will follow.
