Due to internal promotions and the growth of their business, our client is looking to bring on a new Area Sales Manager in the South East. The company are specialists in UK manufactured surgical tools selling both capital and consumable solutions and pride themselves on producing high-quality products.

We’re on the lookout for someone passionate about the medical sector & experienced in selling medical devices, and managing your own territory. If you are ambitious, driven and looking for a new challenge to continue developing your medical sales career, with an amazing business that truly takes care of everyone, then this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting for new clients, promoting and advising on portfolio content.

  • Maintaining existing business relationships and building new ones, including face-to-face client visits across your territory.

  • Lead on product demonstrations and presentations.

  • Assisting with direct product support in the operating theatre.

  • Providing professional and effective sales coverage,

  • Increasing awareness of electrosurgery and minimal invasive products.

  • Providing sales support as required at exhibitions, educational events, and seminars.


About you:

  • Have a track record in medical device sales or working in a hospital clinical setting as a must.

  • Ability to travel across territory as well as support wider activity as needed.

  • Articulate and strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented to see things through to completion.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the wider UK team.
