​I have partnered with a multi award winning, commercial energy consultancy that is looking for a graduate to join their team of sustainability consultants. This will be a great opportunity for a post graduate with a passion for either the environment or sustainability to gain that needed experience to start their career.

​

The role:

• Assist and support the sales team and other departments with projects, sharing fresh and new ideas or providing feedback via customer surveys

• Work with the commercial Sales Director to maintain high levels of customer service and improve data integrity held within the CRM.

• Follow the business values, policies and procedures while ensuring the integrity of the data held for each client within the CRM and other relevant systems

• Maintain awareness of market trends, client and competitor activity and also proactively obtaining feedback to present to the management team.

• Create and implement your own personal development plan as a long term career plan

• Meeting with clients on-site or virtually via Teams.

• Assist with collating information and data

What we’re looking for:

• Full UK driving licence is desired but not essential initially

• Passion and interest in this industry

• Driven to build on their knowledge and experience

• Ambitious and confident in their people skills

• Organised, able to problem solve and follow set processes
