Customer Relationship Manager

We’re looking for a dedicated, customer-orientated, people manager to join this well-established consultancy, to lead and mentor the support team and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to provide them with support and guidance.
This role is a maternity cover position, but if all goes to plan and you are a great fit for the company there is potential that this role may become permanent.
The role:-
Provide support to set base of accounts, ensuring they are happy with their service, support with any issues that arise and spot any opportunities to develop or add additional services.
Manage a small team of dedicated customer support specialists, with their own accounts to look after and nurture.
Full management responsibilities including 121, absence management, holiday/leave, appraisals, and development.
Working alongside the Relationship Managers to provide insight into any upsell/cross-sell opportunities, capitalising on any feedback from your customer base.
Support the Support Director with efficient running of the department.
Be a key presence in the company, being a true representative of company values and processes.
What we’re looking for:-
Previous people management experience is a must.
Experience in a customer support environment.
Someone happy to come into a FTC Maternity cover and confident to hit the ground running.
A people person, able to build relationships quickly both externally and internally.
Passionate about customer support and providing exceptional service.
