This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who’s looking to kick start a career in the recruitment industry, to join a successful and well established agency that's super-busy and continuing to grow.

The agency specialises in both temporary and permanent recruitment, has UK-wide and international reach and are recognised experts in their field. This role will focus on the UK market, however.

While previous recruitment experience would be a bonus, if you have some previous sales experience, for example in the travel industry or estate agency - we'd love to hear from you too! What will you be doing?

You’ll undergo a comprehensive 12-month training programme, that’ll see you well supported along the way by the current team of Consultants, that'll also give you a formal qualification once complete. The aim is, once you're up to speed, that you’ll manage your own geographical area, making sure it grows in terms of reputation and profitability and that are jobs are filled promptly with the right candidates. You’ll naturally be be someone who’s proactive when it comes to finding new business with new and existing clients and delivering a top notch service will be at the forefront of everything you do.

Day-to-day you'll be managing the recruitment process from start to finish, making sure that you have a good understanding of your client’s needs. Equally you'll have a great understanding of the candidates your working with too, what they're looking for and the type of organisation that's going to excite them. That way you'll be able to send relevant CVs to your clients quickly, and the recruitment process is as efficient as it can be, in order that jobs are filled as quickly as possible, with the right candidates.

Another important aspect of the role is supporting your candidates, at all the different stages of the hiring process, making sure you're in regular contact and providing support so that they have the best possible chance of finding a role.

Being a great communicator is essential, so you’ll be someone who’s able to pull together great written adverts, can converse easily over the phone and face-to-face and is happy to use social media to attract candidates where appropriate.
