​This growing technology company are making huge steps forwards and as their success continues, they are now looking to find a Senior Full Stack Developer to join as their Tech Lead! Their product makes a huge difference to their users.

There will be plenty of opportunities to put your stamp on things and to inject new ideas into the team, so you’ll very quickly be contributing and making an impact.

​

You’ll design and present technical solutions, review others work, and work collaboratively to share knowledge and experience to help upskill the team. As well as leading on technical development within the team across the stack, you’ll also coach, mentor and encourage more junior members of the team so you’ll need to be someone who can inspire and motivate others, whilst setting the example and ensuring high standards are maintained.

Skills and experience you’ll need:

• Experience delivering successful projects and solutions as a Senior Developer – someone with previous Tech Lead experience would be a bonus

• Frontend: Vue.js or similar js frameworks, HTML and CSS, Webpack, Node

• Backend: C# or similar

• MongoDB

• If you have experience of an Azure environment, Docker, Kubernetes and Helm this would be highly beneficial, but not essential

• An excellent communicator – in writing, in person and over the phone/video call!

• Team player who enjoys working collaboratively, with both technical and non-technical teams

• Positivity, enthusiasm, honesty, creativity and flexibility
