​Are you someone who gets job satisfaction from doing great work and from helping and supporting people along the way too? If you’ve got a strong background in administration and you like to make a difference to people’s lives – this role will deliver. We’re ideally looking for someone with a property related background (for example an estate agency or house builder experience).

As Administrator, you’ll be working hand-in-hand with and supporting the many people this organisation supports, through the journey from start to finish. Therefore, over and above being a superbly organised and efficient administrator, you’re going to need to be someone who has that ‘special something’, when it comes to dealing with people too.

What will you be doing?

• Working closely with the people this organisation support to understand and identify what their housing needs are now and potentially for the long-term

• Identifying housing that will accommodate those needs and arranging for people to take a look to see if they will indeed suit what they’re looking for and be somewhere they can see themselves happy for the long term

• Providing all administration support throughout the process from agreeing on a suitable new home, to moving in. This might include identifying any changes that might need to be made etc, according to who you’re working with

• Providing administrative support for the wider team as necessary too
