This is a fantastic opportunity for a hand’s on, creative and passionate Sales Manager who is keen to join a fast growing, innovative company who are ready to take that next step in development of their lead generation team. This role is the centre of the business, so we are therefore looking for someone who can come onboard and shake things up, implementing new strategies that will really see the lead generation team sore, contributing significantly to the company’s success!
This really is a player/manager role – an ideal chance for someone who loves to generate sales and opportunities whilst at the same time motivating the team to achieve, not just as individuals but as a collaboration. Manage and develop the lead generation team.
Nurturing, training and developing the current team
Growing the department by recruiting the right people
Managing budgets, setting targets and KPI’s
Motivate & inspire
Think outside the box to implement new incentives and strategies
Work closely with the Sales Director and build a strong relationship with the wider sales team
Monitor and analyse performance, spot areas of improvement and action it
Regular team 1-2-1’s ensuring team satisfaction and a healthy, enjoyable working environment
We are looking for someone with a proven history of motivating and incentivising a team
A strong background in sales and team management
Key examples of new initiatives and incentives set out – individually, not part of a team
A technical background would be an advantage but not a necessity
Experience working within a lead generation team or working alongside a third-party provider of lead gen
Passion and enthusiasm for business development is key!
