This opportunity has arisen due to company growth, for a local business with an international reach. We are looking for a hands-on Inside Sales Manager who can take on their own territory, as well as mentor, guide and grow the internal sales team. Currently made up of two, this team is on the rise so we are looking for someone ambitious, proactive and approachable to ensure the next phase of growth is smooth and exciting.
The key things we are looking for is a good background in outbound sales, examples of people management and knowledge of implementing sales strategy, monitoring performance and understanding budgets, ensuring the sales activity and targets a line with the forecast. Industry background isn’t important for this role as full training will be provided, however if you have a background in science, medicine or manufacturing, this would be a huge benefit.
Due to their world-wide reach, there could well be occasional travel, however this role will be mainly office based, conducting majority of business over phone, email and webinar. This company have a great, loyal client base so you’ll have a solid basis to hit the ground running and build upon an already established territory. We are looking for someone more than comfortable and excited by new business, who is equally able to nurture current accounts.
