What we’re looking for:-
Sales management is essential – strong experience in growing, developing and strategically leading a sales team is imperative
Manufacturing background – this experience is something that will be highly called upon due to the industry out client operates in
A history of working with and pulling together internal departments to forecast budgets, timescales and objectives
An ambitious, driven personality is key along with the ability to deal with key accounts directly when needed
Used to reporting into a Sales Director and the confidence to step into his shoes if required
