In a nutshell, your role as Senior Negotiator is to work hand-in-hand with this organisation’s clients to find them a suitable new home. You’ll start by working to understand their individual needs, both now and long-term, and work through the process of identifying, qualifying and shortlisting properties that match their requirements. You’ll carry out viewings to further assess their suitability and oversee the purchasing process, once a property has been found, that ticks all the boxes.
Over and above having the drive and commitment to get the best for those you’re working with, you’re going to need to be someone who has that ‘special something’, when it comes to dealing with people too.
What will you be doing?
Identifying properties and then viewing them to assess the suitability for your clients
Negotiating house prices to suit your clients
Liaising with all third parties involved in the purchasing process to make sure it runs smoothly and all surveys are co-ordinated
Making sure that all internal systems are kept up to date
