Up to £42,000 + Benefits package

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join this Global manufacturing and wholesale company. You will be joining a company that employs over four hundred people worldwide. The company has been in business for over fifty years, and comprises of trading companies worldwide.

You will receive a salary of up to £42,000, and your working week will be Monday to Friday. You will also receive a great benefits package, including company pension, critical illness cover , life assurance plan, and after two years of service, the opportunity to join a profit share scheme.

We are looking for a Project Manager who can drive strategic projects that will help the organisation to meet short and long term objectives. You will deal with the project from initial brief, through to completion. You will manage a portfolio of projects with unique requirements, and work closely with all departments, including the IT team, Business Units from Central organisation, and subsidiary MDs to execute and deliver projects accordingly to the agreed expectations.

The Project Manager will be responsible for;

  • Developing and implementing Project Management tools

  • Take ownership of strategic projects

  • Build partnerships with internal teams and stakeholders

  • Help define project scope, goals and deliverables

  • Create schedule and project timeline

  • Track deliverables

  • Support and direct team involved in project

  • Monitor and report on project progress

  • Identify and resolve issues and risks

  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs

  • Present to stakeholders on progress, problems and solutions

  • Manage project related documentation

The Project Manager will play a key role in managing User Acceptance Testing. This includes defining the testing approach and timeline, training the business users on providing their testing plan and scenarios, liaising with the IT teams to ensure on-going alignment, and coordinating testing execution and managing sign-off and go live decision process with the relevant parties.


The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, with excellent attention to detail. You will be highly organised and have the ability to communicate and present information clearly.
