Remote based, with occasional requirement to attend meetings on site
12 Month Fixed Term contract
We are currently looking for an experienced HR Business partner to assist this organisation with an increase in Employee Relations cases. This is a twelve month, fixed term contract. You will be remote working, with some requirement to attend meetings in the office, based in Somerset.
Working hours are 09.00-17.00, with the need for some flexibility around this, should business needs require it. They operate an agile working policy, for any additional hours to be claimed back.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 7 qualified, with an extensive HR background and knowledge of Employment Law. You will be someone who is comfortable to advise at all levels, up to and including CEO, and you will be used to working at pace to deliver an efficient people service. You will have high level, extremely confidential cases to deal with, including dismissals and appeals.
A background within a Public Sector environment would be an advantage, but not essential. You will thrive on a challenge and be excellent at building strong relationships, both new and existing. You will meet with people managers and Directors on a regular basis as part of your role.
The organisation consists of around 500 employees, with a lovely team within HR who have a true passion for what they do and the people that they employ. They have a traditional approach, while being dynamic to change.
