This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. What's super important is that you'll be someone who's all about the detail, who likes the numeracy side of things but equally thrives on great customer service and enjoys some client contact. The company is open to this role being either on part time or full-time basis.

As Payroll and Office Administrator, you'll be be working for a successful recruitment agency (not us) who supply temps.  It’s a super-exciting time for them as they went from strength to strength in 2020 and 2021 is all set to be another growth year, with plans to add to the team further as demand continues to grow. That means for the right person, there's going to be the opportunity to develop and grow the role that will include helping to set up and potentially manage an admin team in the future.

Your role as Payroll Administrator will include:

  • Collation of timesheets

  • Chasing any outstanding timesheets

  • Checking details with clients and getting purchase orders

  • Inputting of confirmed hours

In addition, if you are looking to work full-time, it would also cover:

  • Carrying out checks on candidates/licences

  • Entering candidate’s details on to the internal system

  • Chase any outstanding balances.

For part-time hours, you'll be working Monday, Tuesday (9 – 5pm) and Wednesday morning, or there is the option to work full time.
