​Mid-weight Content Graphic Designer

We’re really thrilled to be working on this fantastic opportunity for a creative, fun, and dynamic company, looking to add to their talented graphic design team. This is a company with solid roots in Somerset but with an international reach, adding this new role due to growth.

We are on the lookout for an experienced content designer, who not only has creative flair but also has the ability to support and mentor junior members of the team, taking the lead on strategy, meeting set deadlines and ensuring each project runs smoothly and to the highest quality.

The role: -

• Design and deliver three catalogues for each season (UK & USA editions) – working with the inhouse copy writer and photographer to ensure images are appealing and copy is inline, always with the company’s visual vision in mind

• Update the website to match the brochures for each season

• Develop concepts for future product launches, brochures, and marketing activity, working closely with the wider creative team to produce fresh ideas and implement

• Competitor analysis to always ensure you’re ahead of the game

• Providing constant support and guidance to the junior design team, ensuring they meet deadlines and produce high quality work

 What we’re looking for: -

• Excellent graphic design experience, ideally 5 years or more, either inhouse or freelance

• A solid portfolio that shows off your work and highlights the quality you can bring to the role

• Experience guiding/mentoring people, pulling together teams and taking the lead on varied campaigns

• A background within D2C/B2C design preferred

• A passion and keen interest in fashion and a love for using bright standout colours

• Great attention to detail and organisation skills – we’re looking for a perfectionist!

• Confident, innovative personality who truly enjoys working alongside likeminded people
