You’ll be someone who’s at the start of their marketing career. If you’re a graduate, with a relevant marketing-related degree - this could be for you. Equally if you’re not a graduate with at least a year’s experience in a marketing role - this could be the perfect next step. You’ll be fully supported by the Marketing Executive, who’ll help you grow and develop and full training will be given to help you get off to a flying start!

The focus of this role with be purely digital, so you’ll be creating all of the content for and managing their email campaigns, plus their various social media channels. You’ll also be monitoring and reporting on the analytics, to make sure campaigns are delivering and make tweaks if they’re not quite hitting the mark.

​

Person-wise you’ll be someone with a great eye for detail, with strong written skills - you’ll be able to proof read and write about a range of topics to a high standard. You’ll be ambitious and keen to develop your career within the organisation as progression opportunities will be on the cards as the business continues to grow. While you’ll be part of a supportive team, you’ll need to be someone who’s happy to manage their work independently too.

The organisation is open to this role being full or part-time, although it’ll be a minimum of three days a week. The teams are currently working from home and its envisaged that you’ll start off doing the same however in the longer term, this will be largely office based – in central Exeter.
