What we are looking for in this HRBP role?
CIPD Level 5, or equivalent
Proven HR Generalist, with focus on training
Experience of delivery the HR strategy in line with the business needs and objectives
Experience in end to end recruitment and be the lead on recruitment activity
Setting and monitoring of KPI’s
Carrying out training needs analysis and personal development needs – including the monitoring
Compiling of reports to be presented to SMT
Team player who is driven by results
Experience of leading and mentoring a team
Use of car – due to location of office(s).
