​This HRBP role is first and foremost driven by quality.  You will be someone that strives to deliver the best possible service to your customers – your colleagues.  This is an exciting time to join the company as they continue to expand in this brand-new role, which sits on the leadership team.  It is an HR generalist role, but also a hands-on; with your focus on the company’s core values and drive to continue to be a leader in their field, playing particular attention to the whole recruitment process through to retention, training and development.

What we are looking for in this HRBP role?

• CIPD Level 5, or equivalent

• Proven HR Generalist, with focus on training

• Experience of delivery the HR strategy in line with the business needs and objectives

• Experience in end to end recruitment and be the lead on recruitment activity

• Setting and monitoring of KPI’s

• Carrying out training needs analysis and personal development needs – including the monitoring

• Compiling of reports to be presented to SMT

• Team player who is driven by results

• Experience of leading and mentoring a team

• Use of car – due to location of office(s).
