This is a brand-new HR Business Partner role is for a company enjoying significant growth and are looking or someone to join them to provide and manage HR support for their expanding team. This is the perfect opportunity, for someone with previous HR Management experience, who’s looking for the chance to really make a role their own.
You’ll be providing and responsible for a broad range of HR specialisms including recruitment and employee relations, working with various internal team managers to provide advice, guidance and support, tailored to their needs. The team/organisation is in a good place, with no immediate issues or problems for you to resolve, however they’re equally looking for someone who can spot where improvements can be made and implement change, where appropriate.
There are three other members of the HR team to assist you in this role, who you’ll also line manage and you’ll report in to the Group HR Manager. It’s an organisation that has a real focus on developing its people, so there will opportunities for progression, longer term too.
Ideally, you’ll have a minimum of three years’ experience and are CIPD level 5 qualified. Person-wise, you’ll be a confident and inspiring leader to those within your team, and come with a flexible and positive approach.
