This role can be shaped depending on your strengths and what you enjoy. The focus will be on managing social media output, the website, and the recruitment portal, ensuring it's as attractive as possible for future candidates.
What you’ll be doing
Implement the recruitment digital marketing plan and produce new ideas/campaigns
Understand the website user journey and implement recommendations to improve call to actions
Promote key job roles and increase the number of quality candidates applying for positions
Manage career social media channels and promote employer brand
Conduct social media audits and produce engaging content
Work with external providers to scope, storyboard and produce engaging videos and podcasts
Have ownership of the YouTube channel and launch company presence on TikTok
Work with external agencies to plan digital brand/recruitment marketing campaigns including web, SEO, PPC, display advertising and email
Run internal digital workshops and improve internal social media engagement
Drive data-driven approach with A/B testing and regular reporting on digital performance to analyse, optimise, test & learn
Trouble-shoot and resolve queries to ensure activities are delivered
Keep up to date on UX and the latest social media trends, as well as monitoring the competition’s online presence
About you
To be successful in this role you will need to love engaging with people on social media. We are looking for an outgoing digital professional who enjoys identifying new trends and clues in the data to understand what makes people tick and click.
3+ years’ experience of digital marketing preferably with an agency
Full understanding of all key social media platforms
Preferably digital qualifications i.e. CIM, Google etc.
Experience of executing paid social media campaigns, optimising landing pages and user funnels
Proficient in photo and video editing software
Excellent communication skills
Problem solving skills
Confident in building a rapport with people
Able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong project management skills
Enjoys working as part of a team
