We’re on the lookout for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to take responsibility for this awesome company’s digital presence, with a focus on promoting their employer brand in order to attract potential employees to their organisation. While it’s in a great place already, you’ll be given the autonomy to take it to the next level!  

There’s flexibility in terms of office base (there are a number in the South West) and you’ll also have the option of some working from home too. You’ll be joining a marketing team that are super-ambitious, professional, really ‘know their stuff’ and will be on hand to support you when it comes to you defining and driving the digital marketing strategy to support candidate attraction. You’ll be managing specific areas of the company website and delivering social media campaigns across a number of channels too. 

Here’s what you’ll be doing in a bit more detail!

  • Strategically planning and implementing the digital marketing activity to support candidate attraction

  • Website management

  • Managing all the social media channels including YouTube

  • Work with external agencies in order to improve performance and ROI

  • Measure and report on the performance of all activity

  • Campaign planning to support specific internal requirements that may include PPC, display and email

  • Manage the production of content including video, photography, written content etc.

Who are we looking for?

In order to hit the ground running, you’ll need to have at least three years’ experience in a Digital Marketing role (in-house or agency), who’s results driven. You’ll enjoy/are passionate about keeping up to date with the latest digital developments and trends, who’s not afraid to try new things where you spot new opportunities. You’ll be used to working deadlines, and therefore delivering top quality material with quick turnaround times, on occasion. Being used to working with external agencies is a must, managing the relationships and to make sure that they’re delivering and providing a good return on investment. As you’ll be working on multiple projects at any given time, you’ll also need to super-organised and happy to juggle priorities.
