​If you are bright, dynamic and enthusiastic and like being challenged, but want to enjoy your working time, then this job is for you. You will have previous experience in customer service, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. The company is a leader in their industry and you need to be someone who enjoys learning the technical aspect, helping colleagues and the ability to coordinate not only your own, but also engineers work.

The role is currently working from home, but due to the location of the office you will need to have access to your own transport.

What will your role as Customer Support Associate involve?

  • Be the first point of contact for customer’s needs

  • Identify any issues that the customer maybe having

  • Carry out updates on the system, including customer information

  • Book in upgrades/ updates

  • Dealing with enquiries

  • Build upon existing relationships with existing customers.

As a Customer Support Associate, we are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • First class customer service skills

  • Excellent powers of communication

  • Experience of working in a busy office customer service environment

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to absorb and apply technical information

  • Enjoys working in a fun team environment.
