We are looking for graduates who have experience in a work/ academic experience within analytics or statistics, or someone who, in addition, has industry experience of web analysis.

What you’ll be getting involved with as an Analytical Researcher:

  • Supporting the delivery of data and reporting for multiple clients to agreed deadlines.

  • Utilising software to deliver testing

  • Being able to justify all conclusions and project activities based on customer and company value.

  • Providing clear and concise communication – both internal and with clients – including emails, reports, presentations and briefings.

  • Working with other members of staff and clients to develop and implement projects that fully meet and exceed their expectations in their planning, development, monitoring and delivery.

  • Developing a world-class critical mindset to the tools used and the quality they provide.

The skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • This role would suit a graduate (Maths or Science) ideally with a First or a 2:1.

  • Previous experience in AB testing and Google Analytics is preferred, but not essential.

  • A scientific approach and an ability to separate fact from opinion.

  • Someone who is clear, rational and disciplined.

  • Must be numerate and analytical and able to work effectively in a small team working to deadlines.

  • We are looking for someone who is a confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel.

  • The ideal candidate will be someone who is keen to work hard and become an expert within this area, within the company.

In return you’ll be given full training and there will be an industry related qualification that you’ll study for. The company has a great work culture and offer an enhanced benefits package.
