We’re looking for a someone to join this fantastic company as their new Accounts Administrator. You’ll have previous administration experience and ideally be AAT qualified, or have started to study towards it. This organisation will provide full financial support to complete your qualification to level 4 and are happy for you to take time away from work to attend college etc. 

This is a varied role and will see you get involved with/manage invoices and payments, managing costings – particularly when it comes to supplies, process internal employee payments e.g. expenses and provide support to the sales team from taking an order, customer payment and providing receipts.  

As it’s a busy team, you’ll also provide support more generally that might include taking inbound calls and making sure they’re directed to the right team/contact, making sure the internal systems are accurate and up to date etc. 

You’ll be joining a well-established team with ambitious plans, to continue their growth, and have some exciting months ahead.
