The South West HR Network launched

​Sarah West Recruitment and Nash & Co Solicitors’ have joined forces to launch a new group, that brings together HR Professionals from across the South West region – The South West HR Network.

​Originally established by Sarah West Recruitment as The Exeter HR Network back in 2019, it provides members with access to expert speakers on a range of key topics on a monthly basis, as well as providing an opportunity to share learning and to meet others in similar roles.

​Sarah West Recruitment’s Consultant Lisa, who set up the group, said “We’re hugely proud of groups’ growth over the last two years and are excited to have joined forces with Nash & Co Solicitors’. Not only does it strengthen the expertise that members have access to, it’s also given us the chance to make some changes to the Network to reflect the growth we’ve seen in its membership over the past few months – including the name change.”

About The South West HR Network

​The Network is made up of HR Professionals from a wide range of organisations, at all different stages of their career.

​Originally set up to meet in person every other month, the switch to virtual in 2020, enabled the Network to broaden its reach further, attracting new members from across the South West, who’ve brought with them an even greater mix of organisations and industries, including some of the region’s biggest and well-known, as well as those from the education and charity sectors and SMEs.

​However, the premise of the Network remains the same; to provide an opportunity to learn, share expertise and develop links with others in similar roles.

​As a member of the group, members get access to a variety of resources that currently include:

  • Access to our monthly, online events (/events-1) that feature a talk from an expert on a relevant, HR-related topic

  • A monthly update, that includes information from that month’s speaker and Nash Knowledge that provides an update on all thing’s employment-law related

  • Training sessions that you’ll be invited to

  • Introductions to other members and access to the group’s forum

  • Blogs and other resources
