If you're looking to start or move into a sales career this might be for you. Our housebuilder/construction client is looking to build their sales team and offering full training with a view to working on-site at one of the company's new developments as a Sales Executive.

You will initially be based at Head Office with travel to sites as part of the training. You will include liaising with customers, supporting the sales process and update of the CRM system, attend new site launches and other relevant events. Longer term you'll be based on-site and fully manage the sale of new houses with new developments.

This role is all about personality and the ability to learn the art sales and understanding customers and supporting them through one of the biggest purchases of their lives!

You'll need to be able to get around the South West. You'll likely be a driver and have the use of a car - or the ability to use public transport or catch lifts to get where you need to be.

Progression could be quick or slow, it goes at your pace. The Sales Executive role would see a salary increase and then a very attractive bonus per plot you sell, you could easily be earning £40-50k (or more!) when you reach this level.
