Sales & Marketing Manager - South Wales

Field-based role covering Cardiff, Swansea, and Newport

Up to £37k + commission (20% of annual salary)

Are you a seasoned sales professional in the FMCG industry, with a knack for building relationships and a drive to exceed targets? Are you ready to take on a new challenge in the dynamic beverage industry? We're seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to join our client, a globally renowned brand, with a focus on selling into distributors, cateres and fulfilment centres, cultivating new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with key accounts across Cardiff, Swansea, and Newport.

The Role:

·       Develop your patch, promoting and selling the brand, enhancing the presence in the area

·       Focus on distributors, fulfilment centres and caterers as key prospects

·       Work with existing accounts to identify areas for growth and increase the order value

·       Travel across the area to meet with prospective and current clients, developing relationships and being their go-to specialist for the brand

·       Working to and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets

·       Thinking strategically about who would stock your brand in bulk and sell to a wider audience – being creative to grow your patch

Are you what we’re looking for?

·       Previous experience in the FMCG industry, with a track record of achieving revenue targets

·       A proactive and results-driven approach, coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills

·       Experience selling to large distribution customers, wholesalers or caterers

·       Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

·       Possession of a full clean driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the region

·       Demonstrated hunger, tenacity, and resilience in pursuing sales goals

·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

·       Outgoing and forward-thinking individual with a passion for the brand
