I have partnered with a local client who are looking for a Sales Administrator to join a team that is hugely supportive of each other, who have a wealth of experience in their roles and has enjoyed being part of this organisation for several years. My client is looking for someone with a positive can-do attitude who is interested in this sector of work while also willing to learn and develop their skills and knowledge.
The role:
Processing orders – This includes the dispatch of medication
Making sure that orders are dispatched before courier deadlines, and have the necessary paperwork
Work closely with the shipping teams to avoid any potential delays or issues.
Invoicing orders
Checking and maintaining stock levels
Dealing with customer questions/queries via telephone or email
Assist with picking and packing
What we’re looking for:
Full UK driving licence – Desired due to office location unless public transport is possible and realistic
Good with numbers – Part of the role will involve doing basic calculations to fulfil orders
Self-motivated team player
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to work accurately under pressure
Good organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a busy environment
Logical and able to prioritise your workload
Good working knowledge of IT Systems with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Natural problem solver
The ability to naturally provide excellent customer service
