The role:
Providing comprehensive support to the Director and the broader team, handling a diverse range of administrative tasks.
Facilitating smooth communication between colleagues, contractors, and external parties through various channels including email, telephone, and Teams.
Taking an active role in propelling projects and processes forward, adeptly identifying and resolving challenges as they arise.
Taking initiative to tackle pending tasks efficiently and effectively.
Collating and consolidating information from various sources into reports for the Director and the team.
Participating in a spectrum of project-related tasks on a daily basis.
Participate in strategy sessions/meetings contribute your unique insights, and have an opportunity to be part of shaping the business's future.
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in Office Management or Business Administration.
Confident approach, able to handle customer and supplier relationships.
A tenacious, enthusiastic, and honest approach to work.
Extremely strong communicator, able to adapt to the company's internal and external communication style and tone.
Time management, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Experience thriving in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
A willingness to adapt to new technologies and tools.
Committed individual with a desire to develop and hone their career.
