We have partnered with a growing and well-established property developer who are known in the Southwest for the quality of work they do. They have a vacancy within their team for a Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Manager with some big future plans!

If you have a couple of years’ experience under your belt, are a social media and CRM whizz then register your interest here. You will have to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment where your work will be varied and will require you to make site visits weekly in some of the most beautiful towns in the area.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

•Collaborate on creating marketing strategies that align with business objectives that maintain brand reputation and help to grow the customer base.

•Create and execute campaigns across Digital, Print taking ownership of the social media channels.

•Write engaging copy to be used across a range of channels from website and social media to brochures and direct mail.

•Analyse campaign data, looking for opportunities for improvement and monitoring campaign performance. Create reports to be presented to the wider business on marketing and sales activity.

•Represent the brand and business at relevant shows, networking events and on site visits.

•Maintain the website content ensuring listings and pricings are up to date.

•Marketing administration tasks as required.

What we are looking for:

•Ideally 2-3 years previous experience in marketing role.

•A good communicator with excellent attention to detail and strong writing skills.

•A creative thinker who can work autonomously.

•Experience in digital and traditional marketing techniques.

•Ideally someone with experience in Facebook ads.

•A confident marketer who is comfortable managing campaigns and taking ownership of some channels.

•A passion for social media including Pinterest and TikTok.

•Experience with Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.

•Ideally some design skills in order to create content for posting, website and POS.

•A UK driving licence and access to a car is essential as you will be required to travel to local development sites (mileage will be paid).
