If you're looking for a well-paid role dealing with inbound customers within a business who are genuinely people-centric - read on! We have partnered with one of the UK’s most respected financial companies, who have recently opened an office in Bristol and are looking to build their team.

The company believe that customers come first, quality counts, and doing things the right way goes a long way and has realistic weekly targets for the team to hit. The teams in other offices are consistently achieving target and therefore bonus, the OTE is very achievable - hence it's a 'feel good' working environment.

The role would suit someone who is used to being on the phone dealing with inbound enquiries, the role is about understanding the needs of the customer and 'fact-finding' before arranging another meeting to discuss the recommendations before supporting the customer with their application.

If you've worked as a mortgage broker, banking or insurance professional, a recruiter, an estate agent or something similar where you're building a relationship to understand a customer's needs before making recommendations for products/services and then managing the sales thereafter, from either a B2C or B2B sales environment - we would be very keen to talk with you.

You will also need strong attention to detail ensuring correct information is processed accurately, the ability to work in a 'compliance heavy' environment and comfortable with scripts and set questions.

The initial training will be on site at the Bristol office full time, thereafter the company are happy with hybrid working and two days in the office and the rest from home.
