Insurance Adviser
c£32k + commission (c£50k OTE)
Exeter (Monday – Thursday 09:45-19:00 & Friday 10:00-18:00)
Hybrid – 2 days working from the office and 3 days working from home (on successful completion of training)

The role:
Being the primary point of contact, handling incoming calls and emails
Establishing rapport and building relationships and trust
Proactively manage your workload
Maintain customer/account details and update when necessary
Provide recommendations to customers on the various options available to them and selling the right solution
Working towards KPI’s and achieving daily targets
What we are looking for:
Experience working within the professional services industry, or similar roles within B2C or B2B sales environments
Strong attention to detail ensuring correct information is processed accurately
Good interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills
Identify customer needs and able to make suitable recommendations to fulfil those needs
Empathy and compassion with a desire to do the right thing by the customer
Highly motivated, adaptable, and ambitious
Positively influence others by demonstrating core values and behaviours
Empower others by sharing your skills and knowledge
