The role:

• Streamlining HR policies and recruitment processes.

• Overseeing employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.

• Providing day-to-day HR advice and managing employee relations.

• Solid HR experience, ideally in fast-paced environments.

• Strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of fostering positive relationships across all levels of the organisation.
