​Customer Marketing Manager

We are working with a successful, fast-growing scaleup within the EdTech industry. They are ambitious, innovative and a fantastic bunch of talented people looking to add to their growing team.

We are on the lookout for a passionate Customer Marketing Manager who can bring a wealth of experience to support them with their campaigns which will directly impact their growth. We are looking for a customer centric marketer who is a mix of both analytical and creative to support the Head of Marketing and wider marketing team in driving customer satisfaction, engagement and revenue growth.

The role:-

·        Develop and execute targeted customer marketing campaigns with a focus on emails that will drive opportunities for up selling, cross selling and renewals.

·        Work with the sales team to identify any opportunities within the customer base.

·        Execute campaigns that keep customer informed on products features, updates and events.

·        Take a lead role in all customer communications including newsletters, events, surveys and review sites.

·        Take responsibility for delivering against MQL targets.

·        Analyse and track campaign performance with the ability to make informed decisions and changes to campaigns to optimise opportunities.

·        Develop compelling copy and content that appeals to various customer segments to offer other software solutions.

·        Develop working relationships with other departments and stakeholders to gather feedback and drive improvements.

What we’re looking for:-

·        Ideally 5+ years marketing experience within a Saas business, in EdTech would be a bonus!

·        A confident marketer who is passionate about engaging with customers and driving revenue growth.

·        Experience in automation tools and CRM systems.

·        A brilliant communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.

·        Someone who can analyse data and interpret their findings in order to develop further opportunities.

·        Project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns and duties.

·        A collaborative team player who is personable and goal orientated.
