The opportunity would be perfectly suited to someone with a proactive and positive approach, and a confident personality with the ability and keen interest to deep dive into spreadsheets, creating reports and pivot tables. The role requires adaptability, high organisation skills and the ability to thrive with change.

  • Provide and present reports when requested.

  • Understand the company’s client base, speak with current clients if and when required to understand feedback and pain points, to define change strategy.

  • Support international Project Management teams, rolling out new products, systems and processes.

  • Work closely with sales and marketing, supporting with collateral when required to support process changes.

  • Identify areas of improvement, suggest positive changes to enhance output and streamline processes.

  • Take on your own projects (once fully trained and confident), making decisions based on data, track timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

Who we’re looking for:-

  • Open to industry but must have strong transferable project coordination skills.

  • A passion for data, working with facts to guide decisions and changes.

  • Strong knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP, creating pivot tables and presenting clean data.

  • Adaptable, able to think on your feet and use your initiative.

  • A confident person, able to communicate with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

  • A keen interest in changing processes to enhance performance – a belief in ‘change is good!’

  • Comfortable working closely alongside a team and working cross-functionally with internal departments to get projects over the line.

  • Able and willing to learn – we are looking for transferable skills over industry knowledge!

Benefits:-

  • Global company but close-knit Devon based team.

  • Continued support and training.
