​Area Concessions Manager - FTC

Devon and Cornwall

Part-time (28 hours p/w)

Between £21k- 23k (£28k – £30k FTE) + mileage

We are working with a national fashion brand who are stocked in some of the best-known stores on the high street. Reporting into the Head of Retail you will oversee the unmanned concessions within the Devon and Cornwall area, ensuring on brand, high standards of visual merchandising are maintained and targets/KPI’s are met. This role would be perfect for a store manager looking for part time hours or a retail supervisor/assistant manager looking for a step up. This is a fixed term maternity cover contract for 1 year.

Some of the responsibilities include:

·        Develop the strategy with the Head of Retail to maximise sales.

·        Manage the stock in each concessions ensuring accurate stock taking and replenishment levels are good.

·        Ensure high levels of VM standards are maintained.

·        Ensure marketing campaigns are kept up to date and promotions are implemented.

·        Build relationships with store staff including the management teams.

·        Keep up to date with day-to-day administration.

·        Monitor sales target and KPI’s.

To be the right fit for this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

·        A valid UK driving licence.

·        Retail experience in a managerial or supervisory position.

·        A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.

·        Commercial with good IT skills and capable of understanding and interpreting brand guidelines.

·        A fantastic communicator and relationship builder.
