We are looking for an Account Manager!

The Role:

• Manage your own customer base

• Maintain high conversion and retention rates through effective relationship building and customer support

• Follow up on projects to maximise sales opportunities

• Handle incoming requests and manage customer relationships through to order

• Identify at-risk customers and work to retain their business

• Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and internal efficiency

The Person:

• Have account management experience

• Be able to manage and prioritise a workload efficiently

• Be target-driven and resourceful

• Possess excellent customer service skills

• Be an independent self-starter, capable of working in a cross-functional team environment
