Exeter, Onsite (1 day wfh following training period)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established tech company on the outskirts of Exeter, specialising in cutting-edge internal communication solutions for businesses of all sizes. Their innovative platform enables businesses to achieve incredible employee engagement with just a click.

The Role:

  • Providing a high level of customer service and support

  • Serving as the first point of contact for all customers, answering incoming calls, responding to emails and live chat queries.

  • Assisting customers in maximizing their platform usage and resolving any technical issues.

  • Conducting training sessions for new customers

  • Collaborating with existing customers on software upgrades and new service offerings

  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction tracked by surveys

  • Guiding clients in enhancing their employee engagement through effective system usage and best practices

  • Proactively managing customer accounts and promoting software license renewals

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive customer information in the CRM system (Zoho)

  • Collaborating closely with the team and directors to uphold high service standards with a muck-in hands-on approach

What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Someone with great interpersonal skills, with a positive and empathic nature.

  • The ability to foster strong relationships with both customers and team members.

  • Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced and occasionally demanding role.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook and Excel is a must; familiarity with Mailchimp, Canva, Constant Contact, or similar platforms is desirable but not essential.
