    This role is the first step into a great career with a company who like to promote from within. We are looking for someone who has some experience selling technical products and services within a B2B environment. Whilst we are looking for experience we don’t need heaps, just enough background to understand the sales process and proven results in terms of qualifying leads.

    You’ll be working from the company CRM system and ultimately making appointments for the field sales team. There are clear goals with career progression linked to them leading ultimately to a role within field sales, unless you’d prefer of course to remain office based! The company have a great reputation and great leadership – and are well established.

    We are looking for someone professional with good communication skills and an outgoing personality. Someone who has a strong desire to learn, progress and work to targets. We want someone ambitious who wants to succeed – but equally someone with a good sense of humour who will enjoy building relationships, both internally and externally.

    There is a bonus scheme to reward you for hitting monthly targets, plus you’ll receive a percentage of the deal that the Field Sales team secure – as a result of the appointment you made. A realistic expectation would be that you make c£26k in your first year – but its uncapped, so it could be so much more!
