If you’re an experienced PR Manager who’s after a fresh challenge, with a national organisation that’s going from strength to strength, read on!
You’ll be working for a company that’s well established, having been founded over 25 years ago. Demand’s growing and to support this and their future growth aspirations, they’re now adding to the existing marketing team, that includes this brand-new role!
Ideally, you’ll have previous experience as a PR Manager, however if you have years of experience as, for example, a journalist – we’d love to hear from you too! What’s really important is your ability to create compelling and engaging content for a wide variety of channels – both digital and traditional. Previous experience of writing press releases would be a definite bonus.
It’s also expected that this role will create visual content, for example imagery (including photography) that’ll be used in other marketing material. And while there’s a team that focuses specifically on digital, you’ll work hand-in-hand on certain campaigns, for example, growing the organisation’s social media audiences.
As well as content development, you’ll be responsible for coming up with the PR strategy and plan that’s a key part of the overall marketing calendar. It goes without saying that you’ll build solid relationships with relevant organisations, to create and make the most of media opportunities. This role will absolutely give you the chance to get creative and come up with and run with some genius PR ideas!
Team-wise, you’ll be joining a tight-knit group of uber professionals, who are experts in their field. They like a challenge, support each other when it comes to meeting sometimes difficult deadlines and ultimately are a happy bunch who are looking forward to more people joining them, so they can build on their already impressive achievements.
- Years of PR experience
- Brilliant content creator – particularly written – although previous experience of creating marketing campaign-ready photography, imagery and video content would be a definite bonus
- Awesome people-person who can show a strong track record of building and nurturing positive working relationships both internally and externally
As well as a good base salary, this organisation’s benefits include an above average holiday entitlement (with the option to buy more) + other attractive perks!
