This is an exciting time to join this organisation as they continue to go from strength to strength and grow their existing marketing team. This is a brand-new role that’ll focus on the development and delivery of two of their offline campaign activities – specifically print and events.
The company have ambitious new business targets and this “hands on” role will be key to achieving (and exceeding!) them. You’ll come armed with experience in B2C communications, be able to hit the ground running and are very used to working on multiple campaigns at any one time. You’ll thrive on multi-tasking, rejigging priorities as things change and evolve, in order to meet sometimes challenging deadlines.
To be successful in this role, you’ll be somebody who loves nothing more than building an in-depth understanding of the different customer segments and are skilled at tailoring all communication activity accordingly. As well as managing campaigns for existing products, you’ll also get to work on some of the traditional elements of new product launches too, alongside other members of the wider marketing team.
Tracking and monitoring campaigns, making sure they are providing a great ROI, will also be key.
Person-wise, you’ll be someone who brings with them a super-positive attitude, who’s organised, likes a challenge and gets things done!
What experience will you have?
- More than 3 years’ experience in similar role
- Campaign planning, development and execution – specifically related to collateral production and event planning and delivery for a B2C audience
- Previous experience of managing a team would be ideal
