    This is a newly created role within a growing technical support department in Exeter as a result of the company winning a number of large European support contracts. You will work ‘normal office hours’ in a growing, busy, company where there are great prospects.

    The main focus of this role will be to undertake in-depth investigation of incidents logged by email or phone from customers. Key responsibilities include: identifying any product issues, providing the customer with operational insight into the use of the products, resolving and closing incidents in line with statistical requirements and to keep to software version control.

    My clients priority is to find someone who has experience of ‘NAV’ – ideally in a previous support role however if you’ve been a user and would like change direction/be trained into a support role with a view to a career longer term as a pre sales consultant – this might be for you. Equally, my client might consider someone who had supported another ERP system (such as SAP) who had the right support skills/enthusiasm to learn!

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Self-starter; able to work independently on incidents and manage workload within the team
    • Team player; able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary teams
    • Quick learner; able to become productive quickly
