Accounts and Office Administrator
£22,000 – £25,000
As Accounts and Office Administrator, you’ll be joining a small, hardworking team where it’ll be your role to make sure the office runs like clockwork.
It’s a varied role that’ll see you get involved with the administration activities across the business that includes finance/accounting and general team support – particularly for the Managing Director – as well as making sure that the office has everything it needs to run smoothly.
You’ll be responsible for the organisation’s accounts, including payroll, VAT returns, reconciliation and invoicing. Ideally, you’ll have previously used SAGE however there will be training, if not. You’ll also make sure all employee documentation is compliant and up to date.
As Accounts and Office Administrator, you’ll also be the first point of contact for customers over the phone and you’ll be the one who visitors first meet when they come to the office. Therefore, you’ll be someone who’s warm, professional and welcoming.
This company is based in a beautiful location, on the outskirts of Exeter, with free on-site parking.
