Are you someone who’s ready to take the next step in their Marketing career? Would you like to join a creative agency that works with many outstanding, leading brands that have reach locally, nationally and in some cases globally too? If so, then read on!
You’ll be working for a hugely well-established and growing agency that will enable you to hone and develop your Marketing skills. You’ll get the opportunity to work with a team that have spent years in the industry – this really is an opportunity to learn from experts in their field. They are a hugely supportive bunch who will really take the time to transfer their skills and expertise to you, to enable you to develop.
Day-to-day you’ll work closely with the Account Managers to deliver various, different client campaigns. You’ll thrive in a busy and buzzy environment, where invariably no two days are the same. And this is what you thrive on!
As this is a broad marketing role, you’ll get the chance to be involved with lots of different campaign activity. A large part of this role will involve producing first-class content for a variety of channels and therefore you’ll be someone who thoroughly enjoys crafting words and visuals in to something meaningful and compelling for a variety of audiences, both B2B and B2C. In this role you’ll also get the opportunity to manage digital/social media channels, media monitoring, support events etc. You’ll be someone who’s prepared to get ‘hands on’ in order to get the results the clients are looking for.
You’ll also get the chance to support the management of different client accounts too – for example reporting on campaign progress and results, pitching for (and winning!) new business. Therefore, you’ll need to be someone who’s professional and confident when dealing with people in person and over the phone.
Ideally, you’ll come armed with a couple of years’ experience in a marketing role and be someone who’s looking to take a ‘step up’. That said, if you can show that you have the skills this role needs, that you’ve developed through, for example, a hobby – we’d still like to hear from you. Training and development is important to this team, so there’ll be lots of support along the way as you learn and progress.
This role is on the outskirts of Exeter and you’ll need to be able to drive/have your own transport to be able to get there.
