      As Sales and Account Coordinator, you will be 100% based at this organisation’s office in the Exeter area.

      When it comes to customers, your role will be to build and develop relationships with those that have already been brought on board by the field sales team, which means there’ll be absolutely no cold calling. In its simplest form, your role will be to make sure that they are getting the best out of the relationship with this organisation. This could include talking to them about existing products to get their feedback, to identify if there are gaps in the product range or if there things that could improve the sales cycle, for example.

      You will feed this information back to various internal teams so they can continually evolve and improve what they offer and how they do it, to ultimately drive sales.

      You’ll also be on hand to provide support for the field sales team when they’re out meeting new prospects too.

      Fundamentally, we’re looking for someone who’s proactive, great on the phone, who can develop first class working relationships with customers and the internal teams that are field based.       Whilst this route to market is already established, their focus has been on the wholesale side of the business to date.       What will you be doing?

      As this is a newly created role, this is the perfect opportunity to make this your own!       To help you keep on top of the company’s product strategy and ongoing developments, you’ll be managing a small number of accessory products yourself, throughout the product lifecycle.       It’s expected that there’ll be some UK travel but you’ll be no means out ‘on the road’ week-in, week-out. It’s estimated that you’ll be out of the office one week every two or three months.
