We are looking for someone with a proven billing history, who is keen to embrace more responsibility and can take on and grow a brand-new desk.

      The company have a reach nationally but your focus will be around the Bristol/Somerset region, building strong relationships with clients, generating a solid pipeline of business and candidates and support the office growth. They already have an excellent Branch Manager and consultant in place and will be quickly adding more to the team. It’s a very exciting time to join!       You will be joining a busy department that focus on a variety of vacancies. The role will be varied and you’ll find yourself diving straight in, building relationships with clients and matching the perfect candidates to your roles. The team is made up of some excellent consultants who will support you to ensure you’re flying in no time. You will be making a large amount of outgoing ‘warm’ calls, along with arranging regular interviews with candidates and heading out for client visits too. You will be busy…but you’ll love every minute! The office is fun and friendly with a lovely team who truly work together to achieve their goals.

      Who are we looking for? 

      We are looking for someone with real drive and passion, someone who is keen to learn and develop and isn’t afraid to dive straight in and start making an impact from day one. The office isn’t huge but it’s busy, with an awesome buzz and atmosphere, so you need to be someone confident, outgoing and professional (most of the time!). You will regularly be meeting clients and candidates so you must be presentable and have great communication skills, face to face and virtually over the phone and email.

      You don’t have to have previous recruitment experience but you must be able to show that you have sales experience. Someone who has a real passion for what they do and gets a buzz from creating results and smashing targets.

      Our client is a well-established, independent group of retailers that specialise in high end, high value products. We are on the lookout for an experienced sales consultant, who is well versed in both phone and face-to-face sales, to join their team in Exeter. The role is busy, with leads and clients to follow up on and keep in touch with. You will be working in a relaxed welcoming environment, greeting customers and selling in a consultative and credible way.

      For this role we are looking for someone with the drive to succeed, a high achiever who wants to be the best. A lot of the role will require you to work autonomously, managing your sales from beginning to end and achieving a set target. Two thirds of the current sales are over the phone however there will be a large amount of face-to-face involved too that will normally need some degree of follow up to make the sale.

      As the role is in the retail industry, weekend work will be involved however it’s on a rota system, working five days out of seven, totaling 37.5 hours a week.

      This organisation is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their already successful team, to support increasing customer demand.

      You’ll be joining an existing team of five, that include the two founders, two Senior Recruitment Consultants and a Relationship Manager, who’s based near to the majority of the clients, in Europe.

      This organisation focuses on the recruitment of permanent senior managers for large, well-known, corporate clients. The roles you’ll be recruiting for are largely Europe-based, so an additional language would be an advantage but by no means a necessity. The nature of the roles you’ll be working on, come within the high salary bracket, so you’ll naturally be someone who’s driven to earn commission.

      What’s most important to this organisation is that you share their values. They’re very much about finding good quality candidates for their clients – not quantity. They want the very best in terms of skills and experience and for you to hone in on those who are going to be a good cultural fit too.

      Due to the type of candidates you’ll be dealing with, much of the contact is over the phone and by email – although of course you’ll be someone who can tailor the channels you use, according to who you’re working with. Your approach is consultative, you’re someone who’s incredibly professional, who can build a trusted relationship with the clients and candidates you work with.

      With this role there’ll be little ‘new business’ involved. You’ll very much be dealing with existing clients, that this organisation’s been working with for some time, or warm leads that the Relationship Manager has generated.

      Location-wise, the office is centrally located and the company will provide parking, if you need it. It’s a great working environment, with a lovely open plan office and atmosphere. There will be the opportunity to visit your European clients, with the rest of the UK-based team, a couple of times a year.

      Although this a full-time role – typically 8.30 am – 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday – there is some flexibility if you need it, hours-wise, for the right person.
