This is a strategic role and part of the Executive team for a progressive and innovative organisation on the outskirts of Exeter. You’ll be working closely with the Director and senior stakeholders to help drive growth. Your role is all about ensuring the organisation is effective, efficient and compliant. You’ll be capable of managing up and down, you’ll be calm under pressure and able to juggle a constantly busy/varied workload to deadlines.
The role is hugely varied and will include:
Management of an office based team and general HR/recruitment support to the rest of the organisation
Executive support to the senior team
Facilitating effective decision-making within the organisation
Leading on Health and Safety, Data Protection, GDPR contract management etc
Oversight of internal and external communications, managing external agencies.
Review and improve ways of working, systems, processes, facilities, technologies etc
Responsible for IT strategy and systems.
The role would suit someone who is experienced working at Executive level with a proven track record of effectively interacting with/supporting senior management. Experience within an operations, HR or facilities role would be beneficial – as would proven ability to work across different departments.
Must be highly organised, resilient, diplomatic, calm, versatile, able to prioritise and present!

We’re working with a highly successful technology company, who’s looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join their team and manage their partner programme. You can be based at any one of their UK offices, however there will regular travel to London and around the UK too.
This pivotal role will see you managing, nurturing and developing the relationships with a number of this organisation’s key suppliers – aligned to the existing partner strategy. You’ll do this by getting to know and understand all aspects of their business and by building trusted relationships with key stakeholders. As you gain experience in the role, you will take on responsibility for the development of the partner strategy too.
You’ll be commercially-savvy and someone who’s able to identify potential new opportunities for the organisation through partnership working too. For example, by identifying new products or services, geographies or by spotting ways that the existing partnership model could be improved. It’ll be down to you to then turn the idea into a plan and deliver it.
Other areas you’ll be responsible for will include:
Contract management – specifically managing the reseller contracts internally and with the client
Regular partnership reviews
Making sure that the organisation is the partner of choice
Ensure partner compliance
Making sure that the commercial arrangements are the best they can be
Work with internal teams to define new products and services
Working with the internal marketing team to build a marketing plan for each partner programme
Managing partner accreditations

This is a role that has been created as a result of growth and you’ll be joining an experienced and established team.
We’re looking for a highly experienced Business Analyst who is happy to be in a client facing role that requires much travel and time on site with customers. You’ll get to know the company, their goals, how they operate and the role data plays in their business- with a view to answering some complex business and data questions.
You will work with all departments (sales, marketing, customer service, technical and leadership teams) and with the rest of your consulting team, to be able to recommend and implement insights and analytics solutions. You’ll support data model design, KPI standardisations and design the dashboards/report visualisations using wireframes, prototype and mock-ups. You’ll also test and prove that the solutions add value. You’ll help customers understand the results they’re seeing and recommend action as a result, to really help drive the value of the solutions.
You’ll also find yourself contributing to Proof of Concepts, Demos, pre-sales activities including proposal workshops and presentations.

An experienced Business Analyst who can analyse customer data from contemporary channels as a result of customer interaction via mobile/social media etc and via traditional data sources like CRM – to derive customer insight and analytics.
An expert when it comes to delivering solutions that involve analysing large amounts of complex data, who can easily spot where improvements can be made throughout an organisation.
Experience in Agile, Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas etc as well as solid experience in analytics and data management solutions including cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure etc.
You’ll be used to working closely with and managing relationships with senior stakeholders and comfortable when it come to guiding them when it comes to decision-making in order for project to move forward and ultimately completed.
As a confident communicator, you’re an experienced presenter who can articulate complex information, simply.
Qualification-wise, you’ll need to have one or more of the following:
iSQI Certified Agile Business Analysis
BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis
Business analyst higher apprenticeship
Degree or apprenticeship in project management
