      My client is looking for someone to head up a new division within their sales function, you’ll have full P&L accountability and manage both the strategy and delivery within this area. You’ll also be a member of the Leadership Team and report directly into the Managing Director. It’s an exciting opportunity for someone who would enjoy joining an established, reputable, company but driving forward a new arm of the business.

      We’re looking for someone who is working at Senior Sales Management/Sales Director level role with a strong track record in selling at C-suite level who is very ‘new business orientated.’ You will manage the sales cycle from initial contact right through. You’ll be used to managing a complex sale that involves a variety of stakeholders that has a long lead time. Ideally you’ll have come from a software, technical sales, business process engineering or consultancy environment. It would be a huge bonus if you have sold into Retail/Logistics and have contacts in those industries – equally the company could be open to someone with a strong network they can leverage in another vertical. Must be a strong relationship builder, innovative in their approach to problem solving and who can naturally influence internally and externally.

      My client, is looking for someone to head up a new division within their sales function.   You will, as the Senior Business Development Manager, be fully accountable for both the strategy and delivery within this area. This is a senior role within the business reporting in at the highest level and part of the Senior Management Team.  It’s an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to join an established, reputable, company but also take a lead in driving forward a new arm of the business.

      We’re looking for someone who is working at Senior Sales Management/Sales Director level role with a strong track record in selling at C-suite level.  Therefore, you will naturally be very ‘new business orientated.’  Ideally you’ll have sold bespoke software and understand the nuances of that – although it’s possible that someone with a strong background in selling a similar bespoke technical service into business/IT functions (particularly within Retail/Logistics) would be considered.  Other skills that you will have will include being a strong relationship builder, innovative in your approach to problem solving and who can naturally influence internally and externally.

      Our client is a fast-growing professional services business based in central Exeter. They have a newly created vacancy for a Client Consultant to support their continued growth plans. You don’t have to be based in Exeter – this could be a home-based role – however you’ll be happy to come to the office for meetings but this isn’t expected to be on a regular basis.

      • The ability to work collaboratively with the specialist teams in analytics and digital marketing and with other key stakeholders responsible for contracts and finance
