      If you are an experienced Project Manager looking for a new challenge, and you have a proven track record of managing and delivering complex and varied projects then this could be for you!

      The purpose of the role is to drive strategic projects to help the company to meet their short and long-term objectives. You’ll manage a portfolio of projects each with unique requirements, working closely with other departments and third parties to ensure things run smoothly. Every day will be varied as you’ll be responsible for seeing each project through the planning, direction, implementation and documentation stages. As an international company, the projects you’ll be working on will more than likely involve one, or more, different countries.

      You’ll be part of a small (but busy!) Project Management team within a successful international distribution company based in Exeter.

      Day to day, your role will involve:

      • Planning and implementing a range of strategic projects

      Skills and experience required for the Strategic Project Manager role:

      • 2-3 years’ experience in a Project Management role, managing cross-functional projects with an IT element

      • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
      • Excellent attention to detail

      • Previous experience in an IT based role, ideally within a Managed Service Provider
      • Good working knowledge of Microsoft products
      • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
      • High level of communication skills in writing, over the phone and in person
      • Ability to explain technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences
      • Prioritisation skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time
