Customer Service Executive (15-20 hours) £8.50/ hour Home based
We are working exclusively, for our new client, who are looking for 2 Customer Service Executives. The role will be working from home, so you will not need to worry about travel or any parking/ travel costs. Plus, you will be working regular hours.
The company is in the hospitality industry and you will be helping guests, hosts and contractors with their enquiries about the booking they would like to make. Ensuring their requests are dealt with throughout their stay. The requests for information will mainly be through online chat and email.
Your role will be for 15 – 20 hours/ week, working between the hours of 9.00am – 7.00pm, but you could start at 3.00pm. There is also the opportunity to work weekends, and for this your hourly rate will be x 1.5.
You will need to have your own laptop/ pc and good internet connection. Before you go “live” and start helping people, you will receive full training on the systems that you will be working on, in person.
