Customer Service Executive (15-20 hours) £8.50/ hour Home based
We are working exclusively, for our new client, who are looking for 2 Customer Service Executives. The role will be working from home, so you will not need to worry about travel or any parking/ travel costs. Plus, you will be working regular hours.
The company is in the hospitality industry and you will be helping guests, hosts and contractors with their enquiries about the booking they would like to make. Ensuring their requests are dealt with throughout their stay. The requests for information will mainly be through online chat and email.
Your role will be for 15 – 20 hours/ week, working between the hours of 9.00am – 7.00pm, but you could start at 3.00pm. There is also the opportunity to work weekends, and for this your hourly rate will be x 1.5.
You will need to have your own laptop/ pc and good internet connection. Before you go “live” and start helping people, you will receive full training on the systems that you will be working on, in person.

Our client has the need for a new member to join the team, in this brand-new role as an Analyst. Yes, there is certainly an element of data, collating and reporting it but you will also need to have commercial awareness. You will naturally be proactive and not afraid to make changes to how information is recorded.
The office is fast paced and you will get satisfaction by helping the company see where there are potential issues, what they are, spotting trends and ways to improve in either the time of entry and / or see where the info is being duplicated.
The role sits in the customer service team where you will work closely with the account managers and feel comfortable in explaining the data and reports that you compile.
In a nutshell, your role as Analyst will include:
Extract data from CRM system and others to compile reports
Reviewing the process that data is recorded
Making recommendations to improve the quality and resource requirements
Be the link between the customer service and account managers
Identify how well KPI’s and SLA’s are being achieved
Proactively take the initiative to discuss with account managers how improvements can be made
Put together graphs.

2nd Line IT Support Technician Exeter Up to £30k DOE
We’re recruiting for an award-winning and innovative IT firm based in Exeter who are looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Technician to join their growing team.
The company provide virtual hosted desktop solutions, so you’ll be supporting clients remotely and supporting them with the installation and configuration of applications. This will involve setting up new customers, completing software updates and resolving helpdesk issues over the phone and using remote access.
You’ll be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced helpdesk team, and strives to provide excellent customer service.
As a 2nd Line IT Support Technician we’re looking for the following skills and experience:
At least 3 years’ experience within a 2nd Line Support role – supporting Windows operating systems
Networking including DNS, AD, Exchange and Hyper-V
Windows Terminal Server to the level of setup and troubleshooting
SQL backend business applications and MS Office
Ability to maintain system documents to a high standard
An understanding of the importance of IT security
A Microsoft certification would be valuable
A full driving license is required

In short, you’ll be working with new and existing resellers, or agents. For new clients, you’ll be making sure that they meet all of the criteria required – this could include looking at their processes and procedures for example – and onboarding them if that criteria has been met. There may be instances when all of the criteria have not been met and it’ll be your role to feed that back and explain what that means. It could be that the reseller will be approved for a smaller product set than they ideally want, for example.
When it comes to existing resellers, you’ll be responsible for monitoring that they remain compliant and are able to continue selling the organisation’s products. You’ll analyse the data and report on the rates of compliance to the Department’s manager and the wider team. Spotting trends and escalating any issues, will also form part of your remit.
You’ll be the point of contact internally regarding reseller compliance and pass on your expertise, through training, to the administrative team.
You’ll also use your analytical skills to assess the pros and cons of the existing onboarding process and come up with and implement an improvement plan, where necessary. The plan you come up with will meet both the current and future needs of the organisation.
It’s expected that the role will develop so there may be opportunities for progression, and part time/ shorter working hours will be considered for the right person.
