This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales professional to join a leading manufacturing business based in Mid-Devon that has global reach. You’ll be joining a growing and dynamic team, with responsibility for sales and account management activity across Europe. It will be up to you to
nurture and grow relationships with existing clients as well as develop relationships with new prospects across Europe.
You’ll be responsible for:
Selling a diverse product range and generating new business opportunities across Europe to increase turnover
Maintaining and building existing relationships with current clients
Producing customer and market forecasts
Organising and attending exhibitions to promote company products
Attending client meetings as required
Key skills and experience required for the role:
Sales and account management experience with a proven track record
You’ll be fluent in one of the following: French, Spanish, German or Italian. Fluency in more than one language would be a bonus!
An excellent communicator – in person, over the phone and written
Somebody who is target driven, self-motivated and able to identify potential opportunities for growth
Someone who is friendly and approachable, with a natural ability to form relationships with people
A good level of administrative and IT skills
Willing to travel at the needs of the business as required – this is likely to be international travel around 5 times a year approximately
