This is an awesome opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join this company, to mould and shape all of their marketing activity.

The organisation is incredibly flexible when it comes to the working hours. Their current thinking is 3 or four days a week but are open to looking at different patterns for the right person. As long as results are being delivered and takes their customer attraction, engagement and retention to the next level – they’ll be happy!

The organisation you’ll be joining is well-established and are leaders in their field. In short, they enable organisations to benchmark and monitor employee engagement, that in turn can help inform Senior Management Team decisions.

While successful, the team have not had someone who’s a dedicated marketeer to focus on this side of the business. Therefore, this is truly an opportunity for someone to come in and make this role their own. Fully supported by the rest of the team, they are open to ideas and to changing the current approach if it delivers results – in fact this is something they’re looking forward to!

Their customers cover a broad mix from large corporates through to much smaller organisations – however it’s all B2B and predominantly UK-based.

      The role will include

      • Developing the marketing strategy and translate that in to a tangible plan
      • Manage the different online channels including the website, social media, advertising etc
      • Content creation for a variety of audiences and channels. It’s envisaged that this will include videos, podcasts, sales materials, case studies – the sky’s the limit
      • Monitoring and reporting on all campaign activity
      • Competitor research that’ll drive the marketing strategy
      • Event management – identifying potential, relevant events/conferences/seminars etc. to attend

While you’ll be coming up with the plan and delivering the vast majority, there is a content writer on the team and they work with an external PPC agency too. While this is a stand-alone role, you’ll be hugely supported!

      Newton Abbot

      £22k – £25k + monthly bonus

This organisation is looking for a new, experienced Project Coordinator/Senior Administrator to join their team. Due to the industry they work in, it’s important that as well as doing a fantastic job of the role itself, you’ll be someone who has a naturally caring personality and gets satisfaction from helping people too.

This Project Coordinator role will sit within the architectural team and you’ll work on projects once a build has been approved, through the construction/build phase and co-ordinate the handover with the customer. A big part of that will naturally be to make sure that timescales, budget and processes are being adhered to. In this role you may also find yourself involved with the initial research – to identify suitable properties or land that will fit the needs of the client.

As an experienced Project Coordinator, you’ll be used to obstacles cropping up along the way and coming with ideas as to how you can get over them too – often working with other teams and contractors to do this. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the client to help them to understand what the options are in order for the project to progress and feedback the outcome of that discussion to the other teams.

Each project is bespoke and therefore you’ll be someone who thrives on juggling lots of different projects that are all at different stages and of different complexities. This organisation currently uses Excel to track a project’s progress and although it’s not a complex system, having a working knowledge of Excel already, would be ideal.

Key tasks for the Project Coordinator will include:

      • Research – identifying potentially suitable properties and/or land, viewing and making recommendations
      • Document management
      • Supplier and contractor management
      • Client management – face to face and over the phone etc
      • Progress reporting – to internal and external teams and flagging any potential risks
      • Problem solving
      • Client support

The skills and experience we’re looking for:

      • First class communication
      • Super-organised
      • Huge attention to detail
      • Someone professional but with a warm and caring side to their personality

The role will be based in this company’s Newton Abbot office however the nature of the role will see you out about on site and client visits too however these are expected to be pretty local.

This is a fast-paced environment however the work itself is hugely rewarding and genuinely changes lives for the better.

If the above sounds like you and you are wanting a role that you will get a lot out of – both personally and job wise, get in touch with Lisa!

We’ve recently placed this organisation’s Senior Business Development Manager, who is now in the process of building the team significantly. They are recruiting for two new team members immediately however the plan is to grow the team further once these two posts are in place and have got up to speed. All the customers you’ll be dealing with are B2B and range from local SME’s through to large corporates that operate globally.

We are looking for someone with proven sales ability, who has a consultative approach, who’s very much a people person. This is a close knit, lovely team so you must have a likeable personality, combined with that fierce drive to succeed.

You’ll mainly be based at the company’s head office in Exeter however there may be the need to do some client meetings face-to-face but this isn’t expected to be a regular thing. Likewise going along to, for example, networking and other events may be needed to seek out and maintain new and existing customer relationships but again this isn’t expected to be week-in, week-out.

If you’re interested and want to know more, please get in touch with Robyn. Alternatively take a look at the other Sales jobs we’re working on or connect with Robyn on LinkedIn.
