      The organisation is becoming more data-driven and procurement decisions you make will be driven by the facts and figures. Therefore, you’ll be someone who can analyse data, identify trends or changes in the market and communicate this to the wider team. You may also get involved with communicating this information to others in the organisation – including the senior management team.

      Throughout the production process you’ll be analysing where improvements can be made.  This could be through costs savings, the product’s design or how its manufactured. You’ll also benchmark suppliers on a regular basis, identifying and flagging where there may be risks.

      This professional services organisation is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team, at their offices in Exmouth. Although the job’s advertised as full time, part time hours will be considered for the right person.

      You’ll have practice or in-house experience and be well versed in providing a full range of bookkeeping services up to trial balance. If you have AAT, IAB or ICB qualifications, that would be a bonus however if you have relevant experience, and are interested in the role, please do apply!

      This is a role that has been created as a result of growth and you’ll be joining an experienced and established team.

      We’re looking for a highly experienced Business Analyst who is happy to be in a client facing role that requires much travel and time on site with customers. You’ll get to know the company, their goals, how they operate and the role data plays in their business- with a view to answering some complex business and data questions.

      You will work with all departments (sales, marketing, customer service, technical and leadership teams) and with the rest of your consulting team, to be able to recommend and implement insights and analytics solutions. You’ll support data model design, KPI standardisations and design the dashboards/report visualisations using wireframes, prototype and mock-ups. You’ll also test and prove that the solutions add value. You’ll help customers understand the results they’re seeing and recommend action as a result, to really help drive the value of the solutions.

      You’ll also find yourself contributing to Proof of Concepts, Demos, pre-sales activities including proposal workshops and presentations.

      We’re looking for…

      An experienced Business Analyst who can analyse customer data from contemporary channels as a result of customer interaction via mobile/social media etc and via traditional data sources like CRM – to derive customer insight and analytics.

      An expert when it comes to delivering solutions that involve analysing large amounts of complex data, who can easily spot where improvements can be made throughout an organisation.

      Experience in Agile, Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas etc as well as solid experience in analytics and data management solutions including cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure etc.

      You’ll be used to working closely with and managing relationships with senior stakeholders and comfortable when it come to guiding them when it comes to decision-making in order for project to move forward and ultimately completed.

      As a confident communicator, you’re an experienced presenter who can articulate complex information, simply.

      Qualification-wise, you’ll need to have one or more of the following:

      • iSQI Certified Agile Business Analysis
      • BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis
      • Business analyst higher apprenticeship
      • Degree or apprenticeship in project management

      As a Finance Process Consultant your role will be split.  For most of it, you will be working in an advisory capacity for your customers.  Your role will be to work with them to understand their current financial processes, procedures and business objectives generally.

      You’ll then identify what additional services to their current finance system are best going to help drive efficiencies both now and in the future. Ultimately, the additional services you suggested will enable the organisation to get more detailed information on their performance so they can more easily identify where changes might need to be made.

      If they select the products/services you’ve suggested, you’ll also take the customer through a training programme and help with implementation too.

      As well as the consultative side of this role, there will also be an element of carrying out day-to-day financial activities too such as accounts preparation, VAT returns, and book-keeping.  This will allow you to keep your accounting skills fresh and it’ll also help when going out to visit clients.

      What we looking for in a Finance Process Consultant:

      • AAT Level 4, or through experience
      • Self-motivated
      • Confident
      • Excellent communication skills
      • Willing to learn and a genuine interest in IT/ technology
      • Driving licence and have your own car.

      As you develop your technical knowledge and grow your client base, your salary will reflect this with the opportunity for it to increase to be £30k – £34k.

      The role is on a part time basis (18 hours / week) and is a mix of you working from home and visiting clients, and on the odd occasion attending network events or seminars that the company is hosting or attending.
